Affiliate Advertising:
This blog contains affiliate advertisements and links through which I am compensated. You are not obligated to click any links or make any purchases based on recommendations and/or ads generated regarding companies with whom I have a relationship. That being said, it is also my intent to work only with companies that I believe to have products and services that are beneficial to my readers.
While my posts contain affiliate links or advertisements, all opinions expressed are my own. For example, I might write about a product or service that I like, and provide a link to that product or service. When someone clicks on that link, and purchases that product or service, I can receive a commission. The commission that I receive does not in any way alter the price of the product or service, nor would I recommend anything that I don't actually like (or have tried). Additionally, there are also affiliate ads on my blog. These ads provide me with compensation in a couple of different ways: I am either compensated when someone simply clicks on (and opens) an ad, or when a person clicks on an ad and signs up for service or makes a purchase. This being said, I do not work with any companies that I don't personally believe in. Also, you are in no way obligated to click on any links, make any purchases, or sign up for any services. Funds from affiliate advertising are used in order to maintain my own costs so as to keep all content free to the reader.
We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
Financial & Tax Planning:
Everything that I am writing about is based on my own research and experience. I am chronicling that research and experience in order to help educate readers on certain topics, facilitate ideas, and journal my own experience. This blog is not intended to advise anyone on their own personal financial journey, but rather express what I would do or have done in particular situations. It is very important that you consult your Certified Financial Planner or Tax Professional so that they can evaluate your personal situation and help you to decide what path is right for you and your family.
